The Durham Craft Market
is the place to be Saturday mornings, 8 am to 12 noon, from April through November. Located right across Foster Street from the Farmer’s Market Pavilion, you’ll find about 20 artists and crafters at Market on any given Saturday.
On 3rd Saturdays, we offer FREE artist demonstrations!
The Durham Craft Market is a 30+ strong membership association, with a cooperative, community oriented philosophy. Our mission is to celebrate the uniqueness of craft, while providing a local alternative to the sale & purchase of mass-produced items. Our purpose also includes fostering great community relations by welcoming youth and embracing diversity.
Durham Craft Market artists live & create within Durham, or at most, within 30 miles from the city limits. We each personally handcraft all our wares, and assure that all items are artistic in nature and show personal creativity.
